Choose from Klarna options including Pay Now, Pay in 3 and Pay in 30 Days.
To be eligible to use the Klarna you must:
- Be a UK resident.
- Be at least 18.
- Have a valid bank card/bank account.
- Have a positive credit history.
- Be able to receive verification codes via text.
- Your order must be over £35 in order to qualify for Pay in 3.
How to apply for finance online:
- Add your desired items to the basket.
- Select the Klarna option at checkout.
- Follow the steps to complete your purchase.
Once you’ve completed your purchase you can view your finance purchases, manage your orders, and set up automatic payments on Klarna online or using their app.
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us directly to resolve the issue in the first instance. If you have not received your delivery, or part of your delivery, or your order is faulty or broken, please also let Klarna know by contacting their customer service team directly to report a problem by selecting the order within your Klarna account and selecting “Report a problem”. This will allow Klarna to pause your payment plan whilst we work on a resolution together.
