The Flash Centre London is Open Full Time
In accordance with latest guidance from the Government, we are delighted to announce our London store opens from 18th June, with it's regular opening hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm.
The Flash Centre Birmingham & Leeds are Open Part Time
Commencing 21st September, our Birmingham and Leeds stores will be open three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday). This will be reviewed regularly and ramped up in line with customer demand. Additional opening hours can be booked by appointment, please call us 24 hours in advance to schedule. At TFC Birmingham, our 800 square ft. studio kitted out with Elinchrom studio flash is taking bookings for just £100+VAT per day. Don't forget, TFC London is open as normal Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm to assist with any queries whilst our other branches are closed.
What Exactly is Open?
  • The full range of telephone and walk-in services at TFC London, including sales, repair and rental.
  • The full range of telephone services for TFC Leeds & Birmingham, including sales, repair & rental. Plus the full range of walk-in services every Tuesday & Wednesday.
  • Our website continues to operate as usual and the vast majority of our orders are shipping on a next day service (when orders are placed before 2pm)
Changes When You Are in Store
  • Priority access to our stores will be given by appointment. Please call us on 02078375649 to arrange your slot.
  • We're limiting the number of customers allowed in our stores at any one time. Not only does this help protect our customers and colleagues, but it will ensure you get exclusive one-to-one time with a knowledgible member of our team.
  • We strongly encourage customers to pre-order for collection either online or over the phone, before travelling to the store.
  • If you already know what you want to buy, to minimise personal contact we would be happy to serve customers at our "Collection Window" (weather permitting!).
Protecting Our Colleagues & Customers
  • All customers and staff are required to sanitise their hands before entering the store. A sanitisation station has been provided at the entrance, as well as in store.
  • Customers and staff are required to wear a face covering at all times when in the store. If you already have a mask / face covering, please bring it along, otherwise we have disposable ones available at the entrance for customer use.
  • All products will be cleaned after handling.
  • A regular cleaning schedule has been setup in store to keep surfaces, demonstration gear, rental equipment and fixtures and fittings sanitised.
  • Social distancing regulations must be adhered to and regular signage has been installed as a reminder.
  • When visiting the store, please do not come in groups bigger than two.
  • We are advising our customers to use contactless cards or mobile payments whenever possible, and have suspended the use of cash as a payment option.
