David Hobby visits London

Come and see David Hobby in the London store , Monday 8th December, 1pm-3pm.

Unless you've been asleep for the last few months you'll know that David Hobby of Strobist fame is coming over to london to do a seminar (fully sold out) on the 6th and 7th of December.
Well we're really happy to announce that he's made a slot in his very busy schedule to come and do some demos in our London branch.

The term Strobist has become synonymous with the use of small flash units, off camera. You might think of David as the Jason Bourne of photography; always traveling light, always prepared for a job and an expert in improvised equipment.

With a heavy dose of Blue-Peter style DIY (drinking-straw grids, concrete tube ring-flash) , the high bang-for-buck techniques are perfect for any photographer trying to keep down costs in todays economy.

So, come along between 1pm and 3pm and quiz one of today's greatest lighting minds.
